1. Introduction

These general terms and conditions of sale ("Terms") apply to all sales of products by SCENTURY WHOLESALE LTD, wholesale supplier of perfumes and cosmetics, to its professional customers (B2B). By placing an order with SCENTURY WHOLESALE LTD, the customer fully accepts these Terms.

2. Professional Status

Our services are exclusively reserved for professionals with a valid business identification number (company number, VAT, or international equivalent). Verification of professional status may be conducted before accepting any order.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by SCENTURY WHOLESALE LTD. We reserve the right to refuse any order without having to justify our decision. A minimum order requirement may apply depending on product categories and will be specified in your professional account.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are quoted in the currency specified at the time of order and exclude taxes and shipping costs. Payment terms will be specified in your professional account. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be made in full before shipment of goods. Deferred payment terms may be granted after review.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are provided for information purposes only. SCENTURY WHOLESALE LTD cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary according to destination and order volume.

6. Transfer of Ownership and Risk

The transfer of ownership of products occurs only after full payment. However, risk transfers to the customer upon delivery of products to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Any return request must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in cases of proven product defect.
